This expansive site located off of HWY 55 in Durham required significant utility work to support a 25,000 sq. ft. warehouse, a 20,000 sq. ft. warehouse, and two 4,400 sf T-Sheds. Almost half of the main warehouse space is dedicated to displaying area, sales, offices, and support space. The remainder of the warehouse is for material storage. Directly adjacent to the first warehouse is the door assembly production space. Small offices, restrooms, and a breakroom finish out the program of this space.

Two T-Sheds or open-air storage sheds were constructed in close proximity to the two warehouses, directly behind a bio-retention area. A thick perimeter of trees provides a buffer between neighboring industrial sites and the highway.

The Durham location was one of three locations for this client in North Carolina. Additional service centers were completed in Greensboro and Wilmington.
