This ongoing, multi-phase campus redevelopment project comprises a variety of renovation and new construction projects spanning two towns. Projects to date include upgrades to a maintenance building, an on-course restroom and grill, refuge shelters, a new Pro Shop and bag drop, a food and beverage service station/dining area, spa renovations, sitework, and utility buildings.
