Devin Hill
Devin joined CT Wilson Construction in 2023 as a Human Resources Generalist, bringing five years of experience from a local engineering firm. Her background included a wide range of responsibilities, such as recruiting, pre-employment screening, onboarding and offboarding, employee data management, benefits administration, wellness programming, policy development, internal communications, and employee engagement initiatives. She also played a key role in planning and executing company-wide events.
From the start, Devin’s collaborative, cross-departmental approach has driven significant improvements across the organization. She led major advancements in employee data systems, HR processes, benefit enhancements, and talent management strategies—transforming how CT Wilson supports its team.
In recognition of her leadership and impact, Devin was promoted to Human Resources Manager in 2024. Just a year later, in 2025, she was named Vice President of Administration. In this role, she now oversees the company’s finance, project accounting, human resources, compliance, IT/cybersecurity, and office administration departments. In addition to her work commitments, Devin is heavily invested in the betterment of our industry, which is reflected through her service on the Carolinas Associated General Contractors HR committee and her involvement with their Young Leaders group. As a member of the Alamance County Human Resources Association (ACHRA), she demonstrates her commitment to continuous learning and collaboration.
Devin works closely with the Executive Leadership Team to ensure that CT Wilson’s PRO You commitment is reflected not only in external relationships, but also within the organization—ensuring every employee has access to the resources and opportunities they need to grow and thrive.
